Dairy-Free Protein Shake ideas
So many have asked this past year for dairy-free shake ideas that are clean, delicious, and easy to make. In the quick video below I walk you through an early morning, (PJ’s and all) impromptu crash session while I made a shake of my own. Normally, I do a high quality grass-fed non-denatured whey protein powder for a whole-food-source of immune-system building, bioavailable protein, though I do like to switch things up often both for myself and the kids. In the video I walk you through some plant-based protein powders that are always in my cupboard.
(Note: you may notice disclaimers on some protein powders about heavy metals, especially plant based varieties as they can be naturally-occurring in the soil. Most organic companies test their products test thoroughly for this, though good to keep in mind why variety is important.
