Nutritious Yogi is the intersection of physical, emotional, and psychological nourishment. With my clients, I focus on prevention and management of disease pathology using food as medicine strategies, nutraceuticals/supplementation, lab testing (when applicable), as well as yoga and meditation strategies to support emotional well-being .

Note: All sessions must begin with a 10 min complimentary discovery call so I can better understand your wellness goals and introduce you to my practice. Former clients excluded.
At this 80 minute session, we will work together to explore your medical history, address concerns, and work to understand the drivers of your current conditions. We will discuss our assessment and intervention plans with you and then set up a protocol that works to best fit your needs.
To accelerate your booking, you may pre-purchase an Initial 80-minute consultation or a 1-2-3, entry package which includes an initial consultation and two 45-minute follow-ups.
